A couple of weeks ago the DMP had a catch up session with Kidd Skilly. He is definitely the man of the moment with a lot of projects underway. We talked with the Half Mexican and Half Panjabi rapper about his upbringing, his musical influences and also the upcoming album and dropps.

This past month has been extremely busy over at the DMP. I'm sure you're familiar with the 'Homegrown' segment, where we get a chance to showcase unique talents and achievements from the people across Australia.

Maybe the DMP were hit by an April Fool's Prank on the 1st of April when a Jazzy B interview was confirmed to go live and direct to air.

So here we are buying a calling card from the Indian grocery store and heading off to the studio all the way preparing what we might ask him.

The phones were off the hook, people at home stopped in their tracks to give some special attention to the vocals dropped on the show last week. Now, every show is special and unique, but last week was something else.
