Maybe the DMP were hit by an April Fool's Prank on the 1st of April when a Jazzy B interview was confirmed to go live and direct to air.

So here we are buying a calling card from the Indian grocery store and heading off to the studio all the way preparing what we might ask him.

For the first 30 minutes we pumped all our listeners, exciting ourselves and them even more, only to find out that Jazzy B was too busy celebrating his birthday. When all of his numbers went unanswered we weren't sure of what to feel, shock, anger, hatred... and I won't say that we didn't swear a couple of times.. Then there was the biggest problem... How do we tell our listeners.. So we braced ourselves and were ready to announce the bad news, sticking with true form we decided to give our listeners the straight and honest truth about the events that took place that evening.. Ranjha seemed to lose his words and breaking into a sweat I had to be the messenger, Thank God there was no one there to shoot me!

The DMP continued to PUMP the music and on the sidelines we tireless attempted to get in touch with Jazzy over in the UK. We were just about to give up all hope when the phone was picked up by Jazzy B. Well, I couldn't blame the guy for not picking up it was only about 9am ... and on their birthday any desi would've been asleep.

For those of you who went to sleep after suffering a heart attack upon finding out that we couldn't get in touch with Jazzy B, here's a lesson for you... ALWAYS TURN THE RADIO OFF AT 12:00 NOT 11:40 because thats basically when we managed to get in contact with him. Here's a lowdown for those of you that missed out.
