Jay Sean - copycat wannabe what do you think?

Is it just me or is Jay Sean just another crap indian artist thats copying the mainstream you know... where Bollywood rips off Hollywood.
I'm talking about the new singles out by Jay Sean like City Girl and Ride It.. Hes TOTALLY COPYING Justin Timberlake's style in his album Future Sex/Love Songs. For those of you who don't know, Justin has his own unique flavour that no artist in the western scene has managed to compete with and well at least they were smart enough not to try and COPY...Jay Sean seems to be ripping off Justin's asian style tokoyo beats.
Mr. Jay Sean, seeing that he can't manage to have his own unique style for himself he had to go ahead and imitate...LOL...no wonder I havn't heard the DMP play any of his songs lately...
Anyways, what do you think, is Jay Sean a copycat wannabe or not??

Hey, Jay seans got some wicked stand out tunes fo sure, i guess its the fact that hes the desi equivalant of JTimbalake and thats why he gets the attention....people actually compare him to craig David

Yeh i agree that jay's got some stand out tunes, however i'm kinda getting sick of the whole 2point9 crew BS..they're kinda losing their touch on things and getting to egotistic with their 'so called fame/popularity'..
Jay is different, yes. i thought he was representing the uniquesness of indians but i dont think its to long before he gets out of control.. oh and i disagree that jays the desi equivalent to JTimberlake.. thats such an insult to JT. if anyone had a chance to even compare themselves to JT in the Desi scene i would say it would have to be Raghav for sure.

nah i dont know 2 b honest i reall think hes got talent, every1 has ups and dows but yeh 4 sure he was a hit in the past so yeh id give him credit a lot of ppl dont make it as far as he has so yeh good on him

UMmm Firstly jay sean is Awesome as he promotes Asian desi culture in the Mainstream scence, hes close to timbaland and this in turn promotes desi flavas amongst hip hop cultutre promoting our music, please listen to his lyrics, they strongly promote our peepz, And Raghav Is Crap, he is by far not even close to JT and also Jay sean is the desi Craig david

I think Jay is good at his own position...he shouldn be compared with anyone else first as he is unique in hisown way...i STRONGLY dont think Jay is copying JTimberlake......I personally think he's a better singer than JT.....he's not a copy cat......he's got talent and he's showing it to the whole world...what so bad about that ha?

I dont think Jay and the crew are getting egostic.....they are busy going on tours and havent been able to show up a lot..and for me....and as far as i know........jaysean is way better than raghav...so it will worse if anyone compares JT with raghav....coz he's really not that good...he's not even close to getting the crown of being equivelant to JT ....Jay Sean's got a very different voice and has got a lot of talent...thats for sure.

DMP hasnt played his songs coz his Album has not been officially released yet....they have to wait..until the album is dropped.
