Mr Jskillz is having an extended break from the bhangra industry. We had a chance to talk to J about his apparent retirement from the bhangra scene. He told ya Boyz Maple & Ranjha that whats actually happened is that he has been signed on to work for a major record label in The US to produce beats for some big hip hop artists.

We're proud of J coz he resprezenting the bhangra industry universally. He said that he is locked into a contracted period with the company for a while, but until then hes living it up having global flights, becoming the judge of break dancing competitions in Tokyo etc--RESPECT!!!

He said that his last album is all done and completed and that his label will be releasing the project real Soon!

TheDMP has touched base this time in the North American Bhangra scene. This week we spoke with rising vocalists Bal-E Lasara. We had a chance to talk about his upcoming releases and his time so far within the industry. When asked about his entrance into the bhangra music industry, he replied by saying that he did not take singing too seriously. "At most I used to do 'boliyaan' in the college years and that was about it". But his true inspiration and self belief for singing came from the Late Soni Pabla. Soni knew of Bal-E's passion for singing and urged Bal-E to record.
